eLinks Security

Security settings can be modified to enable and rename the eLink option on the Primary menu.

To Grant View Rights

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Primary Menu.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under eLinks:

• Alias: To rename the ELINKS menu name on the Primary Menu, enter a new name here. Field allows a maximum of 30 alpha characters.
• View: When checked, allows theuser to view the eLinks menu item on the Primary menu.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
